Exhibition and Sponsorship Information

The European Aerosol Conference extends a warm invitation to all interested companies to demonstrate their support by participating in our event as an Exhibitor or as a Sponsor.

The exhibition will be placed in the congress foyer of the Clarion Congress hotel, close to all meeting activities such as scientific sessions, poster exhibition, registration and coffee breaks and will be open to all participants throughout the duration of the conference.

If you wish to reserve an exhibition space, you are kindly requested to complete the APPLICATION FORM FOR EXHIBITORS / ORDER OF SPACE and send it to the conference secretariat by JUNE 15, 2013.

Preliminary Exhibition schedule

The Exhibition will open from 1 - 6 September 2013.

September 1 07.30 - 16.00 Set up of the exhibition, decoration, cleaning
  14.00 - 20.00 Registration
  20.00 Welcome reception, Opening of the exhibition
September 2 09.00 - 18.00 Exhibition hours
September 3 09.00 - 18.00 Exhibition hours

    Conference dinner
September 6 09.00 - 12.00 Exhibition hours
  up to 24.00 Dismantling of the exhibition (will be announced)
