Organizational information:
1. The length of the lecture is 12 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion. Please respect the lecture time.
2. We prefer lectures in English, or please provide presentation slides written in English.
3. As part of the Dekati Award competition for young scientists, competitors are required to give their presentations in English; the competition will be evaluated on Tuesday, November 11, at 4:00 p.m.
4. The poster section will be open on Monday, November 10, in the afternoon. The size of the poster board is A0 portrait.
5. The conference begins on Monday, November 10, at 9:00 a.m. (registration from 8:00 a.m.) and ends on Wednesday, November 12, at 12:05 p.m. (the conference will be followed by lunch).
6. Tuesday, November 11, is a conference dinner.
7. The CAS members' meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 11, from 4:10 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. We kindly ask members to attend. Thank you!

The conference fee depends on the date of registration and membership in CAS or student status.

The conference fee includes electronic proceedings (printed proceedings will be available for a fee of 250,- CZK), lunches (10, 11 and 12 November), dinner (10 November), conference dinner (11 November), coffee breaks during the conference and lease of the conference room. The meeting will take place from November 10, 2025 (about 9 am) to November 12, 2025 (about 2 - 3 pm).
ACCOMODATION and MEALS
Accommodation can be arranged at the Wine Wellness Hotel Amande (Husova 8, 693 01 Hustopeče, tel.: +420 774 662 607, e-mail: hotel@amandehotel.cz) or it can be arranged by the participants elsewhere.

The prices quoted are valid for stays between November 10-12, 2025 and include breakfast, Wi-Fi and the VAT rate. For the night before the start of the conference November 9-10, 2025, rooms will be provided according to current availability and price offer, without any price reduction.
Accommodation prices do not include a local tax 25 CZK/person/night.
Meals (lunches and conference dinner) are provided in the place of conference. Participants can choose lunches from the list included in registration form.
Reservations using promotions:
1. Enter the website www.amandehotel.cz/en.
2. On the main page in the booking window, enter the desired date (according to the number of nights required), the number of people, enter the promo code CAS2025 and search. No offer will be shown for the dates 10.-12.11.2025 without the promo code as the hotel is fully booked for the conference.
3. Then you will see a menu of available rooms with the promotional price and here the client chooses the room category.
4. After selecting the room, the client will be redirected to fill in the personal data.

DEKATI AWARD
The conference will again include a competition of the best presentation for young scientists - the Dekati Award, which will be traditionally sponsored by Biowell, s.r.o. Winning the competition comes with an interesting financial award. One presentation of an undergraduate student will be selected as part of the competition.
The conditions for participation in the competition are:
1. Age up to 35 years
2. Contribution in the Proceedings
3. Presentation in English
