The length of the presentation will be 15 minutes (12 minutes of presentation + 3 minutes of discussion). The time limit must be respected.
REGISTRATION FEES
Registration is open until November 1, 2024.
The conference fee depends on the date of registration and membership in CAS or student status.

The conference fee includes the proceedings, lunches (11, 12 and 13 November), dinner (11 November), conference dinner (12 November), coffee breaks during the conference and lease of the conference room. The meeting will take place from November 11, 2024 (about 9 am) to November 13, 2024 (about 2 - 3 pm).
ACCOMODATION and MEALS
Accommodation can be arranged at the Orea Resort Devět Skal Vysočina (Sněžné - Milovy 11, 592 02 Svratka, tel.: +420 566 585 111, e-mail: rezervace.9skal@orea.cz) or it can be arranged by the participants elsewhere.
The Orea Resort Devět Skal Vysočina offers promotion rates of accommodation:
1,690.- CZK/ single room Classic
1,860.- CZK/ double room Classic
1,800.- CZK/ single room Deluxe
1,970.- CZK/ double room Deluxe
The prices include breakfast, Wi-Fi, access to the hotel pool and the applicable VAT rate.
Accommodation prices do not include a local tax 35 CZK/person/night.
Reservations using promotions:
1. Enter the website www.orea.cz/resort-devet-skal.
2. On the main page in the booking window, select book online, enter the desired date (between 10-13 November 2024 according to the number of nights required), the number of people, enter the promo code CAS2024 and continue.
3. Then you will see a menu of available rooms with the promotional price and here the client chooses the room category.
4. After selecting the room, the client will be redirected to fill in the personal data.
5. End of the promotion - 30 November 2024. After that, the rooms will be provided according to the current availability and price offer, without price reduction.
Meals (lunches and conference dinner) are provided in the place of conference. Participants can choose lunches from the list included in registration form.

DEKATI AWARD
The conference will again include a competition of the best presentation for young scientists under the age of 35 - the Dekati Award, which will be traditionally sponsored by Biowell, s.r.o. Based on the resolution of the Member's meeting of 4 October 2022, one presentation of an undergraduate student will be selected as part of the competition.
