REGISTRATION FEES
The conference fee depends on the date of registration and membership in CAS or student status.

The conference fee includes the proceedings, 2 lunches (31.10. and 1.11.), dinner (30.10.), conference dinner (31.10.), 4 coffee breaks during the conference and lease of the conference room. The meeting will take place from October 30, 2019 (about 1:00 pm) to November 1, 2019 (noon).
CAS BOARD ELECTION
Only for CAS members.
We have decided at the CAS members meeting last year that CAS members can nominate candidates for the election of the new board till September 30, 2019. Please send your suggestions to all members of the election commitie: Helena Plachá - chair (helena.placha@chmi.cz), Jiří Horák (smokeman@vsb.cz), and Petr Otáhal (otahape1@fjfi.cvut.cz). Other organisation details will be announced by an e-mail. The right to nominate and vote candidates have CAS members with paid member fees (for nomination - until 2018 included, for the election - until 2019 included).
ACCOMODATION and MEALS
Accommodation can be arranged at the hotel Akademie (Velké Bílovice 691 02, Zahradní 1295, tel.: +420 519 364 111, e-mail: info@hotelakademie.cz), or it can be arranged by the participants elsewhere. The Akademie hotel offers special rates of accommodation (10% discount) to confference participants. Please mention the discount code "Aerosol Conference" in your reservation.
Meals (lunches and conference dinner) are provided in the place of conference. Participants can choose lunches from the list included in registration form.

SOCIAL PROGRAM
There is a possibility to book a bowling alley (220 CZK per hour, probably 30.10. after the dinner), or visit individually the hotel wellnes centrum.
